UHF(Ultra High Frequency) is a device that wirelessly reads data from UHF RFID tags using radio waves, without physical contact or line-of-sight. The frequency range varies from 840MHz to 940MHz. In India, they operate at the levels of 865-867MHz.UHF readers can detect multiple tags simultaneously from distances of up to 12–15 meters, making them ideal for large-scale automation.
